ORIGIN OF LIZARD 👇🏻
Lizard's first appearance was in issue number 6 of The Amazing Spiderman in 1963. The original name of the lizard was Dr. Curtis Connor. He is a gifted surgeon and works for the US Army. One day, while working in the lab, an accidental blast seriously injures one of his hands. Later the doctors were forced to cut off this hand by operation. Then when Connor returns to normal life he regrets his hand a lot. So he started doing research on reptile dna hiding from us government at home. After many attempts he made a serum with reptile dna. He then applied this serum to a rabbit, and it grew the missing limp and the rabbit was normal. Connor then applied the serum to himself. It grows a new hand.

But shortly after that, for the side effect, Connor transforms into a Reptilian Humanoid Monster. seeing it, His son and wife get scared and move away from him. Dr Connor then ran away so that he could not harm his wife and children. Meanwhile, when he was running away, the whole town saw him and the next day the newspaper reported that the Reptile Human had been seen in the town and everyone was calling it a lizard. Then Spider-Man comes out to Florida and he also gets this news, when The Daily Bugle publishes the news, Spider-Man is challenged to defeat the lizard. Spiderman then goes to his house with all the information about the lizard. There Lizard's wife tells Spiderman everything. Spider-Man then read all the written copies of Connor's research and made an antidote. Just then the lizard comes and thinks that Spider-Man has come to harm his family, so he attacks Spider-Man. A fight ensues between them and Spider-Man somehow injects the antidote into the lizard's body, causing Dr. Connor to immediately return to his human form. This makes Dr Connor cry and Thanks to Spiderman. Then Spiderman says he will help if I ever need to, he says he goes back to New York.
A few days later, Dr. Connor came to New York. peter's aunt need surgery so he helped him. Aunt May may have been better after connor's surgery. Spiderman thanked him. Then, as Dr Connor was leaving, he saw his severed hand begin to sprout again. This means that Spiderman's antidote is only able to bring him to human form temporarily. Then the connor is transformed into lizard form again. Upon learning this, Spiderman made an antidote again and while fighting with the lizard, he put the antidote in the lizard's face. In this dr connor returns to human form. Now Dr. Connor wants some extra antidote from Spiderman, so that he can use it later. Spiderman does so.
Since then, Dr. Connor has helped Spiderman many times to defeat various villains. But when Dr. Connor was using Spiderman as a formula to defeat RHINO, he was at the lizard again, Transformed. But this time due to the additional antidote given by Spiderman, he applied it and returned to human form. A few days later Dr. Connor is kidnapped to make Silvermane a powerful serum. Due to being under more stress, Dr Connor turned into a lizard again, but due to being kidnapped, there was no antidote with him. So he killed everyone there in lizard form. Spider-Man then makes the antidote and fights the lizard with the human torch and somehow returns the lizard to human form.
A few days later, Spider-Man visits Dr. Connor, asking him to make a serum to cure Spider-Man's 4 extra arms. I said about this 6-armed Spiderman in MORBIUS origin, if you haven't seen it, come and see it.

Anyway, when Dr. Connor was making the serum for Spider-Man, Morbius attacked Spider-Man. Dr. Connor then tries to take stress to help Spider-Man, causing him to transform into a lizard. transformed into a lizard . He also fights Morbius, but Morbius escapes after being bitten by the lizard. Due to Morbius's bite, the lizard returns to human form. After seeing dr Connor, now he has transformed into Permanently human form, which means that his body no longer has the side effects of the lizard serum and he will not transform into a lizard. Dr. Connor then tells Spider-Man that with Morbius' DNA, he can cure himself of his extra 4 arms. Spider-Man then cures himself with Morbius' DNA.
