montañas, ella me lleva a cuestas

a veces, pero no me hiere

el ego, ni me frena los pasos

esta mujer vive y respira

y no me mima ni me detiene.

Juntos hemos subido

las más altas montañas,

y cuando la herida mana

su néctar de veneno.

Esta mujer se bebe de un sorbo

los plagios que el pecho oculta,

lava mi rostro, mi negra campana

tañe, la eternidad minúscula

de mi hoy y mi mañana,

recorre maldiciendo los

fantasmas, despojándome

del tedio en grisáceo ser carnal.

Hello, Hive friends! It’s a pleasure to greet you all.

Today has been a good Sunday, spent with family. To bring the day to a close, I’d like to share this piece with you (a poem, if you will).

Here it comes with much affection, as the great ones would say.

Cheers to everyone! 🌿🥂

THIS WOMAN

This woman who walks
with the haunches of a deer,
who flies across the horizon
beyond the sea.

This woman carries a broken dagger
buried deep within her soul;
and yet, she never
seems to complain.

This woman is destiny,
and a ship through the seasons
where I laid my wings to rest,
where I wandered and stood still.

This woman is everything and nothing.
One day, she coursed through my body
like a river coursing through you,
while the soul burned with thirst.

And I thought: this woman, this deep
rib that wounds me and lifts me up,
this fruit she carries, which I taste,
then leaves my lips parched.

This woman has a name,
but it is better not to speak it,
to let her take pride in her long
mountains. She carries me on her back
sometimes, yet she does not wound
my ego, nor does she hinder my steps.

This woman lives and breathes,
and neither pampers me nor holds me back.

Together, we have climbed
the highest mountains,
and when the wound begins to flow
with its nectar of poison,

this woman drinks in a single gulp
the plagiarisms hidden in my chest,
washes my face, makes my dark bell
toll, the tiny eternity
of my today and tomorrow.

She roams, cursing the
ghosts, stripping me
of the weariness of being
a grayish, flesh-and-blood creature.
