I just used oats today ground up in a recipe, too, since some flours are still scarce here. I thought I had used the last of my oats, but was relieved when I found a bag stashed away in the pantry. 😂 Anyway, this looks delicious. And I would love to head to the beach myself. We're opening things up here in my state, but still think it will be a while before any travel happens.
