Salieron a la piscina de la casa a tomar el sol; ella desplego la sombrilla y se recostó en la silla, él decidido nadar, se zambullo en la piscina. Ella lo contemplaba con alegría. Él ahogaba sus deseos de soledad en cada brazada que daba, debatiéndose entre dos mundos diferentes.
