Hello everyone,

To be honest, time no dey ever wait for person Sometimes i wonder if 24 hours is enough to do all the things I want to do in a day but then I realize the problem is not always time sometimes, it’s me.

Let me be real with you i used to be a big time procrastinator i would plan everything in my head what I want to do, how I want to do it, even when to start But when the time comes, I will just look at the ceiling or start scrolling through my phone before I know it, I’m deep inside Instagram reels or watching funny videos on TikTok the worst part I’d say, i will do it later, knowing fully well I’m lying to myself.

But life doesn’t slow down for anybody i started seeing that the people I admire those that are doing well in life they value their time like gold while I’m saying "make I rest small", someone else is already completing what I planned to start that thing pain me, but it also taught me a hard truth if I don’t respect my own time nobody will do it for me.

These days, I’m trying to be more intentional with how I spend my 24 hours i now write out my daily to do list, even if it’s just three things I want to achieve that day i also time myself for example, if I say i will write content by 10am, I try my best to keep to it like it’s an important appointment.

Still, I won’t lie I’m not perfect yet there are days when I still waste time watching things online or lying on my bed overthinking but the difference now is that I catch myself quickly and try to bounce back after I finish my daily tasks i try to rest, not by watching endless videos, but by doing something meaningful. Sometimes I read, sometimes I clean up my space, or even spend quality time with my kids or loved ones those little moments bring me joy.

Now, when I look at the things that waste my time the most, it's social media and overthinking scrolling for hours, comparing myself to others, and worrying about things I can’t change all na time wasters i try now to limit my phone use and just focus on what I can control.

To round it up, time is really life in motion If you waste time, you're wasting your life small small so now, I try to use my time better I no longer see it as just “another day,” but as an opportunity to take one step closer to my goals.
