@ninaeatshere" One of the things I had heard before traveling is that the whole process of bargaining started as soon as you arrived when trying to get a cab and that if you didn't lock in a price by agreeing on it, you usually ended up paying a lot more. The solution to delay a bit that experience was to book the ride through Booking and not to think, at least the first night, about messy negotiations in order to get to the hotel without problems."

馃 Zion National Park In Winter, The Long-ish Way Around - Thursday by
@flemingfarm" Zion in winter is a whole different experience from the non-snowy Zion. There was not a ton that we could do as we were not prepared for deep snow hiking. That left us to drive the canyon drive and check out the walls shrouded in clouds, snow, and ice. The weeping rock is actually frozen tears this time of year. I remember walking beneath it 35ish years ago in the summer while it flowed liquid tears."
