Dearest readers and lovers, I have not been able to sleep or take on any activity peacefully for days now due to the fact that I have a growing uterus alongside fibroids in the womb.

People's pregnancy are really different. I would really love to know if anyone is wearing the kind of painful shoes I am wearing because ever since I realized I was pregnant for the first time, I have not known any peace.

If at all it was just the normal pregnancy stress, but mine comes with severe pains that does not go away. Personal findings have it that during pregnancy some women go through certain pains which go away in at most 60 seconds and not excruciating pains that lasts for days and even weeks as if a pregnant woman is in labour.

I have been experiencing severe pains in the left side of my belly and in my lower abdomen. I have been going from hospital to hospital seeking for solutions. It seems this pain seem to be reoccurring at the middle of every month and it is no longer funny. I even tried native treatment. I took some enema using some traditional herbs all to no avail.

Some days ago, I have been trying to get some stuffs done at the higher institution where I graduated but due to the pains I have been experiencing, I could not do what I was supposed to do and it has become a cause for concern. Most friends I know who saw me after a long time, tell me I am enjoying, not knowing what I am going through silently.

I have been given several injections at the hospital, all to no avail. The doctor says I have been diagnosed of fibroids which seems to be growing alongside the uterus. I learnt that the uterus is making the fibroids uncomfortable and that is the more reason I am having severe pains, because the uterus is trying to stretch.

I just wish I could hear from someone who has gone through this kind of traumatic experience before and know how the person pulled through the journey successfully.

The hospital matron who saw me today, told me that the situation can only be managed but cannot be cured for now. She advised that I eat lots of cucumber and watermelon and I should drink lots of water too, as this can aid me to pee out some toxins from the body. She even encouraged me that I will have to bear the pains until I put to birth.
