Scouting from a streetlight pole, I eliminated nearby infected and looted a convoy access card from an undead soldier. After defeating a giant monster with explosive knives and taking down an booster, I used the card to open the convoy door where I found military med kits and ammo.
I climbed up on top of a street light pole to check on the bridge where the armored convoy was located. After getting down from the pole, I started attacking some lurking infected first before reaching the convoy.
However, I began losing a lot of stamina along with my health, so I decided to climb back up onto that pole to regenerate both my health and stamina.
Once my stats regenerated, I climbed back down and immediately took down those infected who were messing with me.
There was another infected wearing a soldier's outfit whom I targeted next, taking him down stealthily right away. I searched his body and found the convoy access card, which made me feel really lucky.
I just needed to take care of the remaining infected around the area, though it looked like there were quite a lot of them. I had to be careful while approaching them to perform stealth takedowns, and I was doing well for a moment.
I even reached the convoy quietly and took down the spitter that was standing on its roof.
Then I went for the big infected monster and started throwing explosive knives at him. Even after I threw three explosive knives at him and dealt heavy damage, he attacked me from the lower ground, damaging me and knocking me off the convoy.
I climbed back up onto the convoy's roof and threw another explosive knife at him, but he was still breathing. Deciding to drop down from the convoy, I threw one more explosive knife toward him from a distance, and he finally collapsed.
Hearing all the noise, a booster arrived and started attacking me from behind, so I had to turn around and take him down before he could deal too much damage to me.
There were more infected around, but I was not interested in fighting them anymore, so I went straight for the convoy.
I used the access card I had collected earlier to unlock the door, and inside I found some great supplies, including military med kits, MRE rations, and at last, some much-needed ammo.
