Menu of "Ngeliwet"

This is a menu of traditional community cuisine in several areas in western Indonesia. This dish is often used to eat together in the garden or at home. Some people in West Java call it "ngeliwet."

Usually this menu only consists of rice, chili sauce, boiled cassava leaves or other leaves that are often eaten and grilled or fried salted fish.
