I don't know, but I love breads. I love all the versions of breads that I have known. Today it caused me to eat some of this kind, sugary and fried in vegetable oil. They are very delicious, soft and perfect to accompany a cup of coffee.
My kids particularly love this recipe. In addition to being very economical, making it an option accessible to different pockets.

Preparation:
- In a large bowl, we place the flour. We make a hole in the middle and there we add all the ingredients. See figure 1. Knead. See figure 2. We knead it until we reach the desired texture, which does not stick in the hands and is easy to mold. See figure 3.
- We divide the dough into small balls. And we place them on a floured tray. See figure 4. Cover with a handkerchief, reserve until the dough grows. In my case, it took only 1 hour. (Danna was hungry!) See figure 4.1.
- Besides, in a cauldron with enough oil. We fry each ball. See figure 5. Keep in mind that the ball increases in size in this process. When removing them from the oil, we put them in a colander for a few minutes to drain the oil. See figure 6. Then, in a cup with sugar, we add the balls and we turn until they are soaked in sugar. See figure 7.
Here are our sugary breads, take a look:
They have really been good, the children have eaten several. I consider that these types of recipes are fully enjoyed by children, I love to see them eat happily...
