Chicha is a popular and typical drink in Venezuela, in many of its towns you can find small businesses or mobile cars that sell this drink.

It is very rich, with a thick texture and has the goodness of being very versatile to combine with various toppings. Besides that, they also use the mixture to offer snacks to children; or when they stop breastfeeding, they introduce a chicha mixture into a bottle.

From my personal part, my couple of children love it and that is why I usually prepare it a couple of times a week for their snacks. In addition to the children, my brothers, my aunt and my mother also enjoy the sweet taste of chicha, which refreshes them in the afternoons. 馃馃

They say that this recipe dates back to the grandmothers of the 1920s. It can also be made not based on wheat pasta, but based on rice. Pretending to be more of an atoll. 馃嵓
