It's not often I get a good few hours to simply contemplate and reflect on my life, but while waiting for new tires to be installed on my daily commuter, I have found said time.
Its 3 above 0 and raining here. The weather isnt for the faint of heart, and neither is this pandemic we are all proceeding through.
The local businesses have some management issues, all of the government social distancing regulations just changed to allow for half capacity inside of restaurants and businesses. This was seemingly a challenge for managers to change their lobby's operation standards, and really makes me question the quality of service the public is provided in Canada.
When I asked a local Mcdoanlds manager why her lobby was not open to the public like all the other businesses, she shrugged and referenced the pandemic like I was unaware of what is happening in the world around me.
I have litterally zero sympathy for someone who is so dim witted they cant manage a lobby in a restaurant, this was embarrassing to me as the customer and Canadian business ethics.
Are local businesses near you struggling with simple organization under the pandemic?
Are modern managers lacking essential skills for their jobs in major fast food outlets due to outsourcing labour from developing nations?
