Hoy en la noche mi esposo trajo de la parcela una auyama muy fresca y yo decid铆 ponerla a sancochar para completar la cena馃コ como pueden ver la auyama no era tan peque帽a.
Luego busqu茅 el cuchillo grande para cortarla primero en dos mitades donde pude observar que por su color es buena dem谩s.,despu茅s la hice en pedazos m谩s peque帽os para facilitar la cocci贸n ,coloque sal al agua y retire todas las semillas y el coraz贸n,deje muy limpia y as铆 la lleve a lavar. Luego coloque en una olla con agua y sal y lleve al fuego
Al rato que estuvo lista la reparti y guarde su parte a mi nieto que le gusta mucho , tambi茅n comimos todos aqu铆 en casa y una arepa rellena con pescado guisados ,de verdad estuvo muy buena la auyama,nos queda una madura para hacer una torta.
Tonight my husband brought a very fresh pumpkin from the garden, and I decided to boil it to complete dinner. As you can see, the pumpkin wasn't that small.
Then I found the large knife to cut it first into two halves, which I could see was quite good due to its color. Then I cut it into smaller pieces to make it easier to cook. I salted the water and removed all the seeds and core. I left it very clean and washed it. Then I placed it in a pot with water and salt and brought it to the boil.
After it was ready, I shared it out and saved his share for my grandson, who likes it a lot. We also all ate here at home, including an arepa stuffed with stewed fish. The pumpkin was really good. We still have a ripe one left to make a sandwich.
