It is not true tranquility to keep the quiet mind in a quiet place. Only when you can keep quiet in a noisy place can you get the true state of nature. It is not true pleasure to keep your happy heart in a pleasant place. Only when you can get a pleasant heart even in a painful place can you see the true spirit of the mind. (Book1 88)
