禪宗曰 "饑來喫飯̖倦來眠" 詩旨曰 "眼前景致口頭語" 蓋極高寓於極平 至難出於至易 有意者反遠 無心者自近也 (後 35)

Zen says “I eat when I am hungry and sleep when I am tired.”

It is said in 'The Meaning of Poetry(詩旨)'. "Just express what you see in front of your eyes."

The most noble is in the most ordinary. The very difficult starts with the very easy. Setting your mind to it, it will move away. Letting it go, it will spontaneously become closer. (Book2 35)


Bad

Simple mindset, let everything go. Quite difficult, No! Absolutely difficult.
