We've blamed others for our problems. We've let certain people drain our energy. We've convinced ourselves that "energy vampires" are out there hunting us down.

But here's what I've learned—energy vampires only have power if you give it to them.

They thrive on drama. They exaggerate everything. They're always the center of attention, always playing the victim, always blaming someone else. And yes, many don't even realize they're doing it. They're stuck in a pattern.

But the real question isn't whether energy vampires exist. It's whether you're giving them permission to drain you.

The moment you decide that nobody—and I mean nobody—has power over your energy, something shifts. You stop attracting the drama. You stop engaging with the victim mentality. You reclaim sovereignty over your own state.

It's not about avoiding certain people. It's about becoming unavailable to their frequency.

Have you noticed how certain patterns disappear when you stop feeding them your attention?
