Today I went to the garden after 3 weeks. Usually I go to the garden every Saturday or Sunday, but owing to raining at every those times last three weeks and suddenly getting cold weather, so I couldn't go. OK, I'm a lazy farmer. My crops that I haven't seen in a long time have grown quite a bit and they look like yelling at me "what have you been last weeks!"
leaves of radish and weeds were removed. When the work was finished, the sun was setting.
These are vegetables for kimchi that are prepared before the onset of winter season every year. I mainly planted radishes this year. Leaves of radishes should be removed from time to time so that its roots can gain weight and huge body.
The bottom photo shows the coexistence of cabbage and wild grass.
Especially radish leaves are dried during the winter and used for making Korean miso soup, which were source of vitamins that our ancestors lacked during winter times.
