Ejercitándonos en Casa, Rutina #1 para Principiantes.
Hola Hivers y muy especialmente a mi querida comunidad de full deportes.
Hoy quiero compartir mis rutinas en casa, para motivar a realizar ejercicios, sin necesidad de ir al gimnasio.
Muchas personas no tienen tiempo, para trasladarse y hacer sus rutinas para luego volver, así que anímense a realizar ejercicios en casa para gozar de salud, vitalidad y energía.
Esta rutina de hoy esta enfocada en quemar calorías, trabajaremos distintas partes del cuerpo, piernas, glúteos, espalda baja y abdominales con lo que lograremos de acuerdo al numero de repeticiones, elevar el consumo calórico de nuestro cuerpo y quemar grasa.
Te invito a leer las instrucciones y recomendaciones de cada ejercicio ya que allí conseguirás los tips para hacerlos correctamente y obtener buenos resultados.
Primero comenzaremos con unos saltos sobre el caucho, yo conseguí unos cauchos desincorporados, los lave y forman parte de mi equipo deportivo en casa.
Instrucciones: Realiza saltos suaves estacionarios, y tus brazos los elevas en un salto y los bajas en el siguiente salto. Así tus brazos estarán extendidos arriba en un salto y en el siguiente abajo.
Haremos 8 series de 50 repeticiones; para un total de 400 saltos.
Tips: - Mantén tu espalda recta.
- Tus rodillas levemente flexionadas.
- Mantén la mirada en un punto fijo.
Estos son saltos suaves, y a medida que saltamos vamos extendiendo los brazos hacia arriba y luego abajo, para calentar. Este ejercicio lo haremos suave y sin prisa, ya que el objetivo de este es entrar en calor. En caso de no tener un neumático, lo puedes hacer sobre el suelo. Este ejercicio es bastante sencillo, se hacen muchas repeticiones para el calentamiento.
Segundo realizaremos Sentadillas para abductores.
Instrucciones: Realizaremos, con las piernas abiertas y las puntas de los pies hacia los lados, flexionaremos las piernas despacio y luego subiremos.
Haremos 4 series de 15 repeticiones, para un total de 60 repeticiones.
Tips: - Mantén tu espalda recta.
- Baja y sube despacio.
- Las puntas de los pies apuntando hacia afuera.
- La clave esta en hacerlo despacio.
Tercero haremos sentadillas con salto. En caso de no tener un neumático, lo puedes hacer sobre el suelo.
Instrucciones: Con los pies en paralelos, separados al ancho de los hombros, posteriormente debes descender hasta que tu pierna tenga un ángulo de 90°. Levantas el cuerpo tomando impulso y das un salto.
Haremos 4 series de 15 repeticiones.
Tips: - Mantén tu espalda recta.
- Separa tus pies al ancho de tus hombros.
- Baja hasta que tu pierna dibuje un ángulo de 90°.
- Toma impulso y da un salto.
Cuarto haremos Torción de cintura. Este ejercicio nos permite relajar la espalda y a la vez moldear la cintura.
Instrucciones: Para este ejercicio elevaremos los brazos flexionados a la altura de los hombros, y dejando la cadera fija, moveremos de un lado al otro, contando las repeticiones en un solo lado.
Haremos 4 series de 20 repeticiones, para un total de 80.
Tips: - Coloca tus pies en paralelo al ancho de tus hombros.
- Mantén los codos elevados a la altura de tus hombros.
- Vigila que tu cadera no rote y se mantenga fija.
Quinto haremos Planchas, este magnifico ejercicio trabaja casi todo tu cuerpo, la clave en este ejercicio es la respiración, debe ser continua durante el ejercicio.
Instrucciones: Acércate al suelo boca abajo, luego flexiona tus codos en 90°, y mantén tu cuerpo recto y firme. Luego de terminar cada serie relaja la espalda, realizando una postura de hoja desplegada, como se ve en la foto.
Haremos 6 series de 30 segundos de duración cada una.
Tips: - Separa tus codos al ancho de tus hombros.
- Coloca firme todo tu cuerpo sin excederte en la fuerza, la idea es que dures los 30 segundos. Ayúdate con un reloj para llevar la cuenta o cuenta 30 segundos mentalmente.
- Mantén la continuidad de la respiración, sin retenerla mientras estas firme.
- Relaja la espalda con la postura de hoja desplegada.
Sexto haremos el Superman, este ejercicio trabaja especialmente tu espalda, te acercaras al suelo boca abajo y luego elevaras tus brazos y piernas manteniéndote firme, la clave en este ejercicio es la respiración, debe ser continua durante toda la serie.
Instrucciones: Acércate al suelo boca abajo, y llevando tus brazos hacia el frente elévalos junto con las piernas, contrayendo la espalda y manteniendo firme brazos y piernas. Continúa respirando mientras sostienes la postura.
Haremos 6 series de 30 segundos de duración cada una.
Tips: - Separa tus brazos a la anchura de tus hombros.
- Contrae la espalda sin excederte en la fuerza.
- Continúa respirando mientras sostienes la postura.
Séptimo haremos Elevaciones de cadera, este ejercicio no tiene complejidad en su técnica, pero veras que es mas exigente de lo que parece. Yo agregue una pesa pequeña, pero, lo puedes hacer sin peso.
Instrucciones: Te acercaras al suelo boca arriba, flexionando tus piernas y elevando tu cadera, formando una línea recta desde las rodillas hasta los hombros. Los brazos se mantienen extendidos en paralelo al cuerpo y apoyados en el suelo.
Haremos 4 series de 15 repeticiones. para un total de 60.
Tips: - Mantén los pies plantados al suelo.
- Inhala cuando subas y exhala cuando bajes.
- Apoya todo tu brazo en paralelo al cuerpo.
Octavo haremos crunchs o abdominales cortos, este ejercicio tiene muchas variantes, así que puedes guiarte con la ilustración.
Instrucciones: Te acercaras al suelo, boca arriba, con las rodillas flexionadas, y las manos a los lados en paralelo a tu cabeza. Contraes el abdomen y elevas ligeramente los hombros del suelo.
Haremos 4 series de 20 repeticiones. para un total de 80.
Tips: - Contrae el abdomen.
- Inhala aire al bajar y exhala al subir.
Noveno haremos abdominales con flexión y extensión de piernas, en este ejercicio es clave la respiración.
Instrucciones: Te acercaras al suelo, boca arriba, con los brazos extendidos y tus manos debajo de tus glúteos, flexionas las rodillas acercando tus rodillas al pecho, inhalando cuando extiendes las piernas, y exhalando cuando regresas a la posición inicial. Manteniendo siempre el abdomen contraído.
Haremos 4 series de 15 repeticiones para un total de 60
Tips: - Realiza despacio este ejercicio.
- Pon especial atención a la respiración.
Decimo haremos abdominales de tijeras horizontales. En este ejercicio hay muchas variantes, para este apóyate con la ilustración que te doy en la fotografía.
Instrucciones: Acércate al suelo boca arriba, extiende tus brazos y coloca tus manos debajo de tus glúteos, extiende las piernas y elévalas del suelo, las abres en posición horizontal y luego las cruzas, intercalando una vez la derecha arriba de la izquierda, vuelves abrir las piernas en horizontal y cruzas las piernas con la izquierda arriba de la derecha.
Esta rutina te aporta fuerza, elevara tu consumo calórico y mejorara tu rendimiento al fortalecer gran parte de tu cuerpo.

Exercising at Home, Routine #1 for Beginners.
Hello Hivers and especially to my beloved full sports community.
Today I want to share my routines at home, to motivate you to exercise without going to the gym.
Many people do not have time to travel, do their routines, and then return, so be encouraged to exercise at home to enjoy health, vitality, and energy.
Today's routine is focused on burning calories, we will work different parts of the body, legs, buttocks, lower back, and abdominals with which we will achieve according to the number of repetitions, raise the caloric intake of our body and burn fat.
I invite you to read the instructions and recommendations for each exercise because there you will get the tips to do them correctly and get good results.
First we will start with some jumps on the rubber, I got some disincorporated rubbers, I washed them and they are part of my sports equipment at home.
Instructions: Perform smooth stationary jumps, and your arms are raised on one jump and lowered on the next jump. This way your arms will be extended up on one jump and down on the next.
We will do 8 series of 50 repetitions; for a total of 400 jumps.
Tips: - Keep your back straight.
- Your knees slightly flexed.
- Keep your gaze on a fixed point.
These are soft jumps, and as we jump we extend our arms up and then down, to warm up. We will do this exercise smoothly and without haste, since the objective of this exercise is to warm up. If you do not have a tire, you can do it on the floor. This exercise is quite simple, many repetitions are done to warm up.
Second, we will perform abductor squats.
Instructions: We will perform, with the legs open and the tips of the feet to the sides, we will flex the legs slowly and then we will go up.
We will do 4 sets of 15 repetitions, for a total of 60.
Tips: - Keep your back straight.
- Go down and up slowly.
- Toes pointing outward.
- The key is to do it slowly.
Third we will do jump squats. In case you don't have a tire, you can do it on the floor.
Instructions: With your feet parallel, shoulder-width apart, you must then descend until your leg is at a 90° angle. Lift your body taking impulse and jump.
We will do 4 sets of 15 repetitions, for a total of 60.
Tips: - Keep your back straight.
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower until your leg draws a 90° angle.
- Take a leap and jump.
Fourth, we will do a waist twist. This exercise allows us to relax the back and at the same time shape the waist.
Instructions: For this exercise we will raise the arms bent at shoulder height, and leaving the hips fixed, we will move from one side to the other, counting the repetitions on one side only.
We will do 4 sets of 20 repetitions, for a total of 80.
Tips: - Place your feet parallel to the width of your shoulders.
- Keep your elbows elevated at shoulder level.
- Make sure that your hip does not rotate and remains fixed.
Fifth we will do Planks, this magnificent exercise works almost all your body, the key in this exercise is breathing, it must be continuous during the exercise.
Instructions: Get close to the floor face down, then bend your elbows at 90°, and keep your body straight and firm. After finishing each set, relax your back, performing an unfolded leaf pose, as shown in the photo.
We will do 6 series of 30 seconds each.
Tips: - Place your elbows shoulder-width apart.
- Firm your whole body without exceeding the force, the idea is that you last the 30 seconds. Help yourself with a watch to keep track or count 30 seconds mentally.
- Maintain the continuity of the breath, without holding it while you are steady.
- Relax the back with the unfolded blade posture.
Sixth we will do the Superman, this exercise works especially on your back, you will approach the floor face down and then raise your arms and legs keeping firm, the key in this exercise is breathing, it must be continuous throughout the series.
Instructions: Approach the floor face down, and bringing your arms to the front, straighten them along with your legs, contracting your back and keeping your arms and legs steady. Continue breathing while holding the posture.
We will do 6 series of 30 seconds each.
Tips: - Spread your arms shoulder-width apart.
- Contract your back without overdoing it.
- Continue breathing while holding the posture.
Seventh we will do hip raises, this exercise has no complexity in its technique, but you will see that it is more demanding than it seems. I added a small weight, but you can do it without weight.
Instructions: You will approach the floor on your back, bending your legs and raising your hips, forming a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Your arms are held extended parallel to your body and resting on the floor.
We will do 4 series of 15 repetitions for a total of 60.
Tips: - Keep your feet flat on the ground.
- Inhale on the way up and exhale on the way down.
- Rest your whole arm parallel to your body.
Eighth we will do crunches or short crunches, this exercise has many variations so that you can be guided by the illustration.
Instructions: You will approach the floor, face-up, knees bent, and hands at your sides parallel to your head. You contract your abdomen and slightly raise your shoulders off the floor.
We will do 4 series of 20 repetitions for a total of 80.
Tips: - Contracts the abdomen.
- Breathe in on the way down and breathe out on the way up.
Ninth we will do abdominals with flexion and extension of legs, in this exercise breathing is key.
Instructions: You will approach the floor, face-up, with your arms extended and your hands under your buttocks, bend your knees bringing your knees to your chest, inhaling when you extend your legs and exhaling when you return to the starting position. Always keep your abdomen contracted.
We will do 4 series of 15 repetitions for a total of 60.
Tips: - Perform this exercise slowly.
- Pay special attention to breathing.
Tenth we will do horizontal scissors crunches. In this exercise there are many variations, for this one use the illustration I give you in the picture.
Instructions: Approach the floor face up, extend your arms and place your hands under your buttocks, extend your legs and lift them off the floor, and open them horizontally and then cross them, alternating once the right above the left, open your legs horizontally again and cross your legs with the left above the right.
We will do 4 series of 15 repetitions for a total of 60.
This routine will give you strength, increase your caloric intake and improve your performance by strengthening a large part of your body.
