Asthma is not this "incurable disease" doctors make it out to be. By labeling it as a "life long disease" they insure that they will make money off of you for as long as you are alive. It does not have to be this way. I got rid of my asthma by making some changes in my life. Not everyone wants to make these changes, but if you are sick of your asthma and willing to do what it takes...this video is for you!
I haven't owned an asthma pump in over two years and don't take the nebulizer which is rotting in a cupboard somewhere. The singulair tablets I was on is also something of the past.
