I think the best solution is to avoid it.
Avoid what?
Imagine you walking to a group of people and for some reasons before you came, one of them said to the others. Here she comes, be careful with these woman she's mad and mentally unstable.
Now you've arrived and everybody is acting cold towards you. Hey I didn't want any trouble with a mad person, one of them said.
How do you prove to them that you are not mad. Because when you become quiet, it's a red flag. addressing it calmly it's a sign, pick an offence and been radical, much worse.
So what do you do?.
I can't think of any possible way so I suggest you avoid such place and don't try to prove yourself. It's still a hold on you. just wear it out.
That's why the first impression you give a person about you speaks a lot.
Every move you make triggers the impression that it a sign of madness to them.
Am sure these Is the worst circumstances you wouldn't want to experience.
People take you as who you first introduced to them.
I never new my chemistry lecturer was one of the kindest lecturer in my faculty until yesterday.
Never saw him smile, not for once. He is strict with his assignment and when he enters the lecture hall before you, you're done. Go home.
But yesterday, when I was coming from lecture, the rain started and there is no ride available. Am already bitten by the rain so I decide to walk home in it.
While going, my lecturer car was coming and with no offense, I expected him to pass but he stopped, picked me up and we went to his house first because its at the school gate.
He said I can stay in his house until the rain stops, then I can go home.
Immediately we walked in, his children ran to him and he embrace them.
He was laughing and even chanting with a neighbors child. His wife offered me a drink and we started talking together with his wife and him as if I was a member of the family, he was so free with me and he is very funny.
How on earth we never noticed that in school.
And after the rain, he took me home himself.
The next day I told my course mates but they do not believe. I expect them not to.
He didn't try to prove he is a nice person. I just realized it myself.
What if it's the other sinario. Am not going to try proving am not mad. Am just going to do my thing regardless of what you think and you will realize it yourself.
