In my opinion, I can say that the university that offers the best education opportunity to the young people in the profession they will choose is of high quality. Studying at a prestigious and respected university will not carry you to the future. The main thing is the departments within the institution, the information, the instructors and the young people who produce what they bring to the society after graduation.

Asıl önemli olan kurumun içindeki bölümler, bilgiler, öğreticiler ve mezun olduktan sonra topluma kazandırdığı üreten gençlerdir.

For this, there are exams that require sports branches, coordination and skill that universities organize during the summer months, they organize them. To prepare for these exams, you must demonstrate your talent. In running, you need to improve your coordination to run a long marathon. You must run at regular intervals every day and maintain your form so that you will be successful in the exam.

Many of our students overlook productive work while studying. So, how about effective study? First of all, determine what your shortcomings are in line with your goals. Of course, not everyone can have a regular working environment due to financial conditions. You may not be able to provide all of the desk, chair, light, book, notebook and resources. But you have a mind and goals. You use your time well. You do research and solve lots of tests by following your daily lessons. By acting in a disciplined and planned manner, you leave your competitors behind.
Çoğu öğrencilerimiz ders çalışırken verimli çalışmayı gözden kaçırıyor. Peki verimli ders çalışma nasıl olur. Öncelikle yapmanız gereken hedefleriniz doğrultusunda eksikleriniz neler tespit edin. Elbette ki maddi koşullar nedeniyle herkesin düzenli bir çalışma ortamı olmayabilir. Masası, sandalyesi, ışığı, kitabı, defteri ve kaynakları hepsini temin edemeyebilirsiniz. Ama aklınız ve hedefleriniz var. Zamanınızı iyi kullanıyorsunuz. Araştırıyor ve gündelik derslerinizi takip ederek bolca test çözüyorsunuz. Disiplinli ve planlı hareket ederek rakiplerinizi geride bırakıyorsunuz.
You may have big goals that you set in your life. Realize that you are moving in small steps as you reach these goals. While getting a teaching certificate at the university, we had a course called educational sciences. In this lesson, our teacher asked us to establish a fictitious company and to establish the sector in which this company will operate, its staff, and its corporate mission and vision. I dreamed of a company that sells sports equipment in my mind. I was thinking of a company that has stores in certain cities of Turkey. I created the staff of this company. Together with my friends, we determined the list of products to be sold in our stores. Our products could be sold both in our stores and online. We chose the city of Antalya as our Headquarters. The products we ordered from abroad would first come to our Antalya store, and from there they would be distributed to our other stores with the courier company we made an agreement with. We showed these to all our friends who attended the lesson with a slide show. In the picture below, you can see the name, emblem and staff of our company.
Hayatınızda belirlediğiniz büyük hedefler olabilir. Bu hedeflere ulaşırken küçük adımlarla hareket ettiğinizin farkına varın. Üniversite de öğretmenlik belgesi alırken eğitim bilimleri adı altında bir dersimiz vardı. Bu derse hocamız bizden hayali bir şirket kurmamızı ve bu şirketin hangi sektörde faaliyet göstereceğini, kadrosunu, kurumsal misyon ve vizyonunu oluşturmamızı istemişti. Bende Aklımdan spor malzemeleri satan bir şirket hayalini kurdum. Türkiye'nin belirli şehirlerinde mağazaları olan bir şirket düşünmüştüm. Bu şirketin kadrosunu oluşturdum. Mağazalarımızda satılacak ürünlerin listesini ekibime aldığım arkadaşlarımla birlikte belirledik. Ürünlerimiz hem mağazalarımızdan hem de internet üzerinden satılabilecekti. Genel Merkez olarak Antalya şehrini seçmiştik. Yurt dışından sipariş ettiğimiz ürünler önce Antalya mağazamıza gelecek buradan da diğer mağazalarımıza anlaşma yaptığımız kargo şirketiyle dağıtılacaktı. Bunları bir slayt gösteri ile derse katılan tüm arkadaşlarımıza gösterdik. Aşağıdaki resimde şirketimizin adını amblemini ve kadrosunu görebilirsiniz.
We established this company as a dream. But it could actually happen. When establishing a company, shouldn't you first have your dreams, plans, preparations and finally your capital? There are of course details; but I told you about the pre-stage procedures. The most important thing for me in a company is the value you give to your employees.
