Does surfing count for a wednesdaywalk? Does it?
This was my last day of surfing in these vacations. And boy, was it worth it. For the non portuguese folks, Sagres, where I'm staying now, is just at the tip of southwest Portugal. It's normally windy, and usually has great surf conditions. And... stunning beaches.
This is beach of Ponta Ruiva, the first we've checked for surf conditions. It was more or less crowded with surf schools, so we decided to go for our usual beach, Tonel.
The surfing sessions were amazing. Its incredible how you evolve when you're surfing daily!
And after ending the surf for the day and relax a bit at the hostel, time to hit the beach again! But this time, for lounging and for another hobby... photography!
Sunsets on these beaches are even more amazing. And although I was kind of envious of the guys surfing at the golden hour...
Just contemplating the show was the perfect ending for a great day.
Guess the saying is true... life is better at the beach!
