It was another cold day here in Wisconsin,
but Lesly and I did not let that stand in our way.
The grill was frozen
Today I watched the Pebble Beach Pro-AM, it was a nice afternoon to relax at home with daughter Lesly. Outside the snow and cold battered at the windows and doors, inside we stayed warm and comfy.
Steaks on the grill in the freezing cold
How many people grill out when the temperatures are single digits? Well, Lesly and I didn't let the snow and cold stand in our way. We both love a good T Bone steak off the grill. However, it was awesome tonight when Lesly asked for her steak to be medium instead of well-done, she is finally coming around!
Ready for the grill
Papa Bear prepared a couple beautiful T bone steaks. Lesly helped and cut up onions, peppers, and mushrooms for the grill. We also prepared steamed corn on the cob and a tasty spinach salad.
