This Tuesday morning, I did my vitals like always
BP at 7 am was 104/67 pulse 73 bpm
I finished getting ready because I had Valerie coming to clean for me (I ran my sheets and some clothes thru the wash) then realized I didn't have any dish soap, so I was going to my car to run around the corner for that.
Halfway (or less) from my house to the car, I had that sudden weak/dizzy/ sweaty feeling. I even debated about going ahead "it's only around the corner I thought"
I came in and checked my bp again, at 9:15 it had dropped to 78/57 pulse was racing at 87 bpm, ... my blood SUGAR however, was 168 mg/dL, so I called the VA triage and THEY called the ambulance.
Blood tests, urinalysis, chest xray, ECG, even the triponin test showed no evidence of anything wrong.
So we are all at a loss once more.
I had been preparing to paint the steps and front porch
And even now all the stuff that belongs on the porch sits in my driveway
Those rocking chairs need painting, but the longer settee's are made of plastic.
Having described my symptoms, (sudden dizziness, vision shrinking to a point etc) to my Chiropractor yesterday, he insisted that what I had experienced was an "anxiety attack"
People with panic disorder have frequent and unexpected panic attacks. These attacks are characterized by a sudden wave of fear or discomfort or a sense of losing control even when there is no clear danger or trigger. Not everyone who experiences a panic attack will develop panic disorder.
Panic attacks often include physical symptoms that might feel like a heart attack, such as trembling or tingling in the body or a rapid heart rate. Panic attacks can occur at any time, sometimes even during sleep. Many people with panic disorder worry about the possibility of having another attack and may significantly change their lives to avoid having another attack. Panic attacks can occur as frequently as several times a day or as rarely as a few times a year.

I do have these things more than once a year, but never have I felt fear or discomfort or a sense of losing control even when there is no clear danger or trigger.
I just suddenly feel weak, intense cold sweats, dizziness more in line with the vision shrinking to a point... most everyone has told me I was having a heart attack and I should go to the ER right away, but I never did because in the past they alway hit me at night. This was the first early in the day, the first time I followed instructions and called the VA Triage, that nurse called the ambulance.
I don't really know where to go from here.
