We paid a visit today to a local organic farm and I took a walk with my camera. Of course I love spiral staircases.
I took too many photos to publish them all here, but selected a few to show you an ideal place to visit in our area of the Western Cape Province.
Yes, I have posted some wine farms and art farms before, but this is the first time that we ventured in this direction.
Come and have a look!
The estate is called "Vredenhof" directly translated it means "Peacecourt"!
Someone here had been drinking or smoking happy tobacco, either the road layer, or the road marker 🤣
Yes, we knew that rain was imminent, but then again who is scared of rain?
The restaurant with the spiral stairs is situated in this Cape architectural styled house!
A place for the kiddies to play!
Lovely wooden ship for little pirates to play in!
Even a lookout tower for the little ones!
Something here for the more serious minded!
A steel handcrafted musical Harp in the garden!
Care to drop a coin in a wishing well?
And finally, beautiful gardens all over the place!
The "Vredenhof" organic farm is settled behind a mountain in a place called "Firgrove" and if you want to see more of the farm, you can visit their website!

I leave you with something to think about!
