Welcome back friends. Hope everyone is doing well. Those of us who work as newcomers often feel quite sad about one thing—we think, why don't the big curators or senior members give proper votes or support to our posts?
Actually, if we think about it with a cool head, I feel there are quite a few reasons behind this.

I think let's discuss the main 5 reasons among them:

 1
Reaching this position through a lot of hardship:

Those who are in big positions today did not reach here overnight. For years, they have struggled a lot, stayed awake at nights, and built up their IDs or work to this stage bit by bit.

 2
Understanding the value of hard work:

Since they themselves have climbed up through backbreaking labor, they don't want anyone to get everything easily by taking shortcuts or working casually. They want everyone to work following some rules.

3
Maintaining the standard of work:

When we are completely new, our writing or photos are not that polished. But the seniors want the standard of the community to always remain good, so that anyone coming in can appreciate our work.

4
Teaching to stand on one's own feet:

Senior members want us to struggle a little bit ourselves, make mistakes, and learn with our own intelligence. If we get everything easily, there is no real fun in the work.

5
Not working regularly:

Just making a couple of good posts doesn't catch everyone's attention. The seniors' eyes are always on us; they want to see how regularly and honestly we are actually carrying on our work.

So instead of getting angry at the seniors, we should improve our crafting skills and keep up the regular grind. That's all for today friends, stay well everyone!
