Last week, I held a short contest where this question was asked: What should new Hive users do to grow their accounts? I had set some very simple rules. You only had to write a comment in three to four lines and give your best advice to new users. I would reward the comment that I liked the most and found the best.
I had also set 20 #HIVE as a reward. So it was a very good contest.
Almost eight users participated in this contest and to be honest, all eight comments were excellent. They contained good advice for new users and I would recommend that all new users must read these comments as they will certainly be very helpful for their career growth.
But because this was a contest I had to select only one winner. That is why I liked the comment by 
Yes, consistency is certainly one of the keys to success. If you do not focus on rewards but remain consistent the rewards will certainly follow you.
Most importantly they wrote that assets and savings are very important for account growth. If you have assets and good savings they will continue to grow your account. As a result, your Hive Power will keep increasing and with influence, people will automatically become more attracted to you. The more influence you have in this ecosystem, the more visibility you will receive.
They also mentioned my favorite game, Splinterlands. They emphasized that users should participate in and play the games available on Hive especially games like Splinterlands, because it is certainly one of the reasons behind Hive's growth.
They also advised users to keep participating in different contests and giveaways. This will help them earn rewards while also building relationships with other people and increasing their followers.
Apart from this, other friends also left some excellent comments but this particular comment touched my heart. I selected this comment. whose excellent comment earned them 20 HIVE from me. I have also given them my 50% upvote.
We should definitely participate in such contests because they not only provide solutions to different questions but also help us build relationships and improve our connections with one another. And certainly this is what the ecosystem is all about: connecting you from one corner of the world to another. This is truly a wonderful and excellent thing.
I have recently transferred the 20 HIVE reward to this user, just as I promised. Very soon I am going to organize another contest and this time the reward will be between 20 and 50 HIVE. It will again be a very interesting contest.
