So, one thing I have been hearing since my teens is from elders and motivators from Internet "Change yourself". I think this thing needs to be re-wrote like this " Change your values". For example, I used to be mad at everything I didn't like, used to be sensitive and as well as angry and pissed off. See, I still have that same madness but for right people, still have the sensitivity but for right reasons and I get angry and pissed off but not at everything. The same emotion is still there but for things who deserve it. Or you can still say "Change yourself" to people but also tell them how they can do so. Simply by changing their values. One of the things I felt I needed to clear the air with.
