Lots of deer meat around here lately!
Honestly, I'm kind of blown away at all of the different things we've been doing with our venison lately. Roasts, jerky, tacos, stews, and now even a pot pie! Mama-Pepper even made a homemade crust for this thing, and it was amazing! Trying new things can be important, and succeeding in them sure can be encouraging. You'll never enjoy these photos as much as we enjoyed the actual pot pie, but I'll share them anyway!
