Now we'll have to figure out how to eat them.
Rarely, as in only a couple times in my life, have I eaten beets. It's not that I don't like them, it's just that they have rarely crossed my path, and we've never grown them. This year, however, we planted some and got a harvest. Since we like to try different things and gain new experiences and skills, we often plant things that we aren't really familiar with and then figure out the rest if we get a successful harvest. Here's some photos of what we picked.... I'll let you know how we eat them.
