Lesley my daughter in law has gained a great new skill during lockdown - baking!!
As I am the cake lover in the family, I always get to test and taste her creations.
These were really delicious - made in individual ramekins.
Les, says these were super easy to make - and they were really delicious.
Seems like we're in for another lockdown and will have the news tomorrow on the new rules and regulations.
The weather has been so good here in Cyprus. Lee and I go on regular walks and the other day we tried out a new walk - on Malindi Beach.
