Para los que son corredores asiduos y han experimentado correr bajo la lluvia, saben que es realmente muy disfrutadle. Ahora, ¿por qué cuando vamos a salir a entrenar, miramos el cielo, para ver si va a llover? Y en caso de que sí, muchas veces desestimamos y nos quedamos. Cosas inexplicables del ser humano. Tengo mi opinión al respecto, pero te lo contaré al final 😀.

Mi compañera de vida me inspira y me hace la segunda siempre. Y eso, ayuda mucho para que sigamos entrenando y buscando siempre resultados para la pareja, tanto en lo físico, como en lo emocional. Estar en sintonía, es fundamental para que la rueda de la vida se mueva. Por supuesto, que en ocasiones los rodamientos se joden y debemos aceitar de nuevo, para seguir camino. Se para el motor, se observa, se charla y se busca soluciones. Un amigo siempre decía, todo tiene solución, el problema, solo es el costo.

En el video observarán que pasamos por un cementerio de autos viejos. La realidad es que es un espacio, donde coleccionan autos viejos y en ocasiones realizan exposiciones de antigüedades. Por supuesto, vienen de todos lados con autos viejos, pero funcionando y en excelente condiciones. Fueron parte de la historia, al igual que nosotros que pasamos por estos lugares, en este tiempo y creando historias.

Luego de hidratarnos y caminar un kilómetro, porque la humedad del ambiente, más en cansancio del entrenamiento semanal, hacía que estuviéramos cansados. Igual que siempre, se para un rato, se camina, se toma agua, aire y nuevamente a buscar ritmo. No sin antes, mi compañera treparse de cualquier palo que encuentra 😀.

Luego de llegar a casa, de hidratarnos con agua isotónica, preparada de manera casera. Nos dispusimos a cocinar y por supuesto una copa de vino, para dormir una rica siesta. Compartir una copa de vino, para nosotros es muy importante. Sabemos que cualquier entrenador nos dirá que no es lo aconsejable. Pero como siempre digo, no es recomendación de entrenamientos, ni de nutrición lo que hago. Simplemente, cuento, como llevamos a cabo nuestros entrenamientos. “Una de cal y una de arena”.

Mi reflexión respecto al punto inicial de este post, es que al no ser atletas de elite y todo lo hacemos a pulmón, es que cuidamos nuestras prendas de entrenamientos. Las zapatillas realmente no son económicas y al mojarla, su durabilidad disminuye. Es por eso que más allá que nos encante correr bajo la lluvia, lo evitamos. Un atleta de elite con sponsor, realiza sus entrenamientos más allá de la lluvia. Recuerda, es mi percepción y sinceramente, me gustaría conocer la tuya.
