Bienvenidos.

Who said fear? I join our friend @albertocoachbl's challenge, which has to do with doing burpees every day of the year. If you want to join the madness, here you have all the info. I know that today is the 9th, but, being in the first days, I could advance a day, because I want to make a post, every 10 days.

Welcome.

On second thought, I honestly believe that anyone can do it. It seems complicated and/or impossible, but every day we add 1 burpees and the body will adapt to the changes.
Anyway, it's all theory, as time goes by I will tell you the sensations.

¡Saludos!
