Las personas estructuradas siempre intentamos cumplir a rajatabla todo el plan de entrenamiento, pero en ocasiones es menester hacer un parate (descanso) y mirar si estamos haciendo bien las cosas. Un tirón en el medio del cuádriceps, me hace reflexionar al respecto. Hoy no voy a hablar sobre los vaivenes o sugerencias sobre cómo preparar una maratón, sino de mi actualidad deportiva.
