聽聽聽聽聽 Dicen por ah铆 que caer es parte del proceso y que cuando m谩s te caigas, m谩s te fortalecer谩s. Todo muy lindo, pero cuando la ca铆da es sobre el asfalto, la canci贸n suena distinta. Desde un vlog quiero contar las vicisitudes que tengo, mientras "disfruto" del proceso de los entrenamientos. Quiz谩s desde mi experiencia y si realizas alg煤n tipo de actividad f铆sica, tomemos conciencia de la importancia de tomar los recaudos pertinentes a la hora de realizar alguna disciplina deportiva. Nada est谩 garantizado, pero el que previene, tiene mayor posibilidad de salir ileso. Espero que este contenido sea de inspiraci贸n y por supuesto, los leo en la casilla para tal fin.
