The Canals of Anber.

I rowed through local canals, observed fishermen with bountiful catches, happy working children, and a fruit merchant enjoying his produce. Spotting a man carrying mysterious shards, I dove underwater to evade his guards, isolated and took down the merchant, and eliminated the guards to claim the shards.

I stopped my boat to watch a local fisherman who was intently targeting a fish in the water ahead. Suddenly, he spotted his prey and lunged forward with his gear, hauling in a massive catch that instantly made his day.

Looking over at his small vessel, I saw it was already brimming with fresh fish, proving just how hardworking he truly was.

Further down the canal, I noticed a large wooden bucket filled with fish floating near the surface, enough that I could have stepped onto it.

As I rowed closer toward the main town, I passed a group of local children busy cleaning themselves up along the bank. They were smiling and seemingly content with the fun.

Continuing down the waterway, I saw several people aboard a nearby boat peering intently into the current, clearly searching for their next catch. Along the shoreline, locals were relaxing, including a young woman standing at an empty market stall trying to hawk her goods, another lady cleaning supplies by the water, and children splashing happily in the canal.

Further up the canal, I ran into a merchant sitting on a boat completely loaded with fresh fruits. Rather than heading to the busy town square to trade, he was simply sitting on his vessel and eating his own produce.

A bit further down, another woman was fishing from the bank with several impressive catches resting beside her, proving there was certainly no shortage of fish in these waters.

While I was still rowing around the canal, I noticed a man carrying mysterious shards, guarded by a squad of armed men. I had no intention of starting a fight and was simply rowing past them, but the moment they spotted me, the guards grew hostile and tried to attack.

Ready to give them a real fight, I immediately dove off my boat and submerged underwater, using the deep canal as cover so they would lose sight of my position.

I waited beneath the surface while the guards abandoned their post and scrambled onto dry land to search for me, leaving the shard carrier completely unprotected. Surfacing quietly behind the isolated merchant, I launched a surprise attack and brought him down in seconds.

With the primary target eliminated, I turned my attention to the remaining guards on shore, cutting them down one by one until every enemy was dealt with, allowing me to secure the mysterious shards for myself.
