After the fallen marksman alerted a guard, I eliminated the other one when he came to check, hid the body, and called Enkidu to track the perfume trader. Stalking the target through the Soap Boilers District, I silently cleared a soldier along his patrol route and dumped the corpse into the canal to set up an environmental kill.
The marksman's body fell completely off the roof edge to the ground below, alerting a nearby patrol guard who immediately stepped over to check on the sudden noise.
Dropping down directly behind him, I assassinated the guard before he could call out to the rest of his group.
Moving the marksman's body proved extremely risky due to the high density of guards patrolling inside the nearby shed and across the outer courtyards.
I picked up the heavy body and threw it into what looked like a thick patch of bushes, only for the corpse to land heavily on a solid surface in plain view.
Realizing the danger, I picked up the guard once more and carried him to a hidden spot behind a stack of wooden crates where no active patrols would walk by.
With the immediate area finally clear, I called my eagle, Enkidu, to locate the perfume trader for The Traitor contract. Enkidu marked the target directly beneath the elevated shed where I was standing.
Watching quietly from above, I saw the perfume trader finish a quick conversation with a local villager, telling him to stay alert for any suspicious activity nearby.
Once their conversation ended, the trader stepped out into the open street to begin his regular walking route through the district.
I started following the target from the safety of the rooftops, looking for an overhead structure like a wooden frame or shelf to drop on him for an environmental kill.
To clear my planned path, I ran across the roofs and quietly assassinated a lone guard who was working on a ledge just before he turned around to spot me.
Watching the perfume trader move toward a guarded spot near the water, I kept following him closely while making sure I stayed completely out of sight of the other soldiers.
I took down the guard stationed directly along the trader's path, dragged his body over to the edge, and threw him into the canal.
This made sure the trader would see nothing wrong when he walked back around, giving me the clear setup I needed to drop something heavy on him when he'd pass under the trap.
Until next time, happy gaming.
