CAREER DRESSING

Hi steemians , today happens to be one of my happiest day. I had the opportunity to talk to my students on steemit. The students are celebrating their SRC week and today happens to be a career dressing day . This means that you have to dress according to your profession. I was enthused about their dressing and their profession.
They want to be great people in future , so I asked them what will prevent one from not achieving his or her aim?
These are some of the things they shared with me.

1. Lack of self confidence, to be self confident is to have confidence in your self. People who are confident don’t doubt themselves. When one is not bold enough to express views on issues pertaining to his well being it can affect you. Parents nowadays dictate to their children what they should do or become without taking into consideration the interest of the ward. But if we are confident and we are able to make our decision known to our parents or whoever is in charge it will go along way to help the children.
2. Poverty is another reason why students are not able to achieve their career in life. The poverty level here in the country is very high, so after completing the second cycle most students end there. One need to plan well if you want to achieve your purpose in life. One should not shatter the dream because of poverty. With determination we can become who we want to be.
3. Peer influence is also one of the reasons why they are not able to achieve their goals. The friends you choose can really affect your future. Mingling with the wrong people can cause you grave havoc in your life. Let’s associate ourselves with gud fellows.
