Stress they say kills faster than bullet and the killing is always silent and sudden, it creeps on you life a thief in the night and snatches the person's life away, just like that. I stayed with a medical practitioner while I was in school and I heard a lot of stories about how people die from exhaustion and tiredness. It looks like nothing but I has a very serious effect on the body of a person. There was one time my mum was sick so bad we thought something was going to happen to her and all they said at the hospital was that she should avoid anything stress.

Here I am working on empty stomach, andi always come back very tired, yesterday I just went to submit my staff's document at head office and I met a task that made me come back late. When I was leaving the house I had the mind of "ok! Today I'm just going to go there submit these documents and go home " but they had other plans for me. I have worked in similar scenarios like this before but this particular one I added hunger to eat because getting good food in that area is by luck and not chance. I went there by 9 am came back by 7pm and ate my first food for the day around 10pm. I wasn't easy because my body was on another dimension, but anyways I have learned my lesson never to go out on an empty stomach 😁.

What am I trying to say in essence, I know we are all striving to make money and ends meet but first and foremost most take care of yourself, eat and rest well. To avoid had I known.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. See you soon. 🤗

peace out ✌️
