Honestly, I don't believe that there is a particular age that one should get to before exercising or to stop exercising. Matter of fact, I think children, despite their hyperactiveness, should be thought about the importance of exercise and how to go about it. This is so that whenever they go out to play, they understand that they aren't just having fun with their friends or toys, but they are doing good to their entire biology. Also, when they understand it earlier, even when they grow up and don't have as much time to play anymore, they still know to exercise because they know their body need it.

For the ones that are already adults, we shouldn't wait for any special day, place or tool before we start exercising. There are several pages online that people have dedicated to fitness. Anyone can access to pages and start from where they are. The same goes for the seniors. No Matthew health condition, they can do a few less exhausting exercises even on the bed, wheelchair, or anywhere they find themselves. This will give more strength to their body's as much as the food and medicine they might be taking.

As for me, despite how very active I am on daily basis, walking from my bus stop to the office every morning, and back every evening, covering a distance of not less than 1.5 km to and fro, I still find time to exercise during the weekends. I go for a 30 minutes jog on my street, do some body workouts with a good workout app o have on my phone, and try to eat healthy despite how expensive eating healthy is in my country.

So yeah, I do exercise. And I encourage everyone who is still alive to start doing some exercise, no matter how little. Move your body in anyway you can. Cause your heart to beat a bit faster routinely. And you will see the difference.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. See you soon. 馃
