Greetings, everyone!

My response to this contest is that there is no specific person for an exercise, as long as you are active and you are alive, you are meant to exercise.

Do you think there is a specific age for exercising, or can we work out at any stage of our lives? Do you currently exercise?

Exercise can be matched to people's age, from a child to an older person. There are simple exercises for little children, like playing games, running, skipping, and other physical activities that will strengthen their bones and muscles.

Then, for adults, there are aerobic exercises that they can engaged depending on their health condition. Some can walk, jog, swim, and do other exercises incorporated in their daily routines that will help them stay fit and healthy. While the older ones can stretch, walk, and do other activities to improve their mobility and reduce the risk of diseases.

As young as I am, I am involved in exercises that will strengthen my muscles and keep me fit and healthy. I can attest that exercise is good for the body, especially your brain; it makes you think smarter and more intelligently, so there is nothing like a dull moment.

Exercise does a lot for the body and I can recommend it to every human being living under the surface of the earth.

This is my response to this contest. #306
