A quick reminder of what we are trying to achieve. There is a need to trade Steem directly for local currency. I'm not interested in BTC, so why do I need to own it to buy/sell Steem? Why give away control of the value of Steem to entities that have no stake in Steem? Watch the video; shouldn't we try something similar?
