I tried Hibiscus tea for the first time last week. I had no idea about this tea before. I saw my colleague drink a type of mixed herbal tea. When I asked my friend about the ingredients in the tea, she said that there are many different types of herbs. One of them was the Hibiscus plant.
İlk kez geçen hafta denedim Hibiskus çayını. Daha öncesinde bu çay hakkında bir fikrim yoktu. İş arkadaşımın karışık bitkilerden oluşan bir tür çay içtiğini görmüştüm. Arkadaşıma çayın içindeki malzemeleri sorduğumda birçok farklı bitki türünün olduğunu söyledi. Bunlardan biri de Hibiskus bitkisiydi.
My another friend, unaware of the subject, bought the Hibiscus tea for the office. This was a nice coincidence for me. In this way, I would be able to try Hibiscus tea, because I want to try the taste of this tea.

According to my friend, Hibiscus tea is good for blood pressure, #diabet and #cholesterol. Actually, this tea is perfect for my mother #health. My mother has blood pressure and diabet. I have to get this one for my mom.

I like the taste of hibiscus tea. It tastes sweet, like cinnamon. However, since the grains are large, I put two flowers in my teapot. The color got darker as it brewed. I'm going to try one this afternoon. I think one will enough.
Hibiskus çayının tadını beğendim. Şekerli bir tadı var, tarçın gibi. Ancak taneleri büyük olduğu için ben demliğime iki adet çiçek koydum. Demlendikçe rengi koyulaştı. Bugün öğleden sonra bir tane deneyeceğim. Bence bir tanesi yeterli olacaktır.
