Moonday ☀️ 11369

A pretty mild morning to start the week, around 10 degrees again. I just did a brisk “Three Bridges” loop with interval walking because the contractor came very early again to continue tiling the patio floor. I did some stretching at home beforehand and breathing and meditation exercises afterward. Tomorrow the patio will finally be finished, and then it’ll be my turn to tackle some repairs and all the cleanup. On my short walk, at least Saturday’s full moon still made for a nice photo opportunity, and later I headed out again to run a few errands.

Ein recht milder Morgen zum Wochenanfang, wieder um die 10 Grad. Hab nur eine sportliche Drei-Brücken-Runde im Intervall-Walking gemacht, weil der Handwerker wieder sehr früh kam, um den Terrassenboden weiter zu fliesen. Dehn- und Stretch vorher zuhause und Atem- und Meditationsübungen dann nachher zu Hause gemacht. Morgen wird die Terrasse endlich fertig und dann bin ich dran mit ein paar Reparaturarbeiten und der ganzen Räumerei. Auf der kurzen Runde bot sich immerhin der noch fast volle Mond vom Samstag als Motiv an und später bin ich nochmal los, um ein paar Erledigungen zu machen.
