Stopped of at the track that goes from waterworks to the beach as there are orchids growing there. A few plants - hyacinth orchids - sadly no flowers

Was a hot ride. Felt like I got more than 10k steps worth of effort..was feelings bit wonky on each of the climbs
Was good to be on the bike. Made sure to take it easy up the hills and in the heat.
Hills are not big but 31C demands a price. Was not paying especially as I down here alone - no backup
