Monday ☀️ 9086

It was a nice morning, but today the contractors came to the treehouse. So I just did the “Three Bridges” running route and ran a quick errand before i got back and then they completely removed the tiles from my treehouse terrace and cut a hole in the bathroom wall to do some plumbing work. What a racket all morning long. As usual, I’d done my warm-up stretches at home in the treehouse on the now empty terrace beforehand. There was no time for breathing exercises or meditation today, I had way too much on my mind anyway. All in all, I also had quite a bit of running around, tidying up, and cleaning to do in the treehouse. As for photos, there are a few more of the wild cherries oozing resin and the “chicken of the woods” mushroom from the other day.

An sich ein schöner Morgen, aber heute kamen die Handwerker ins Baumhaus. Daher nur die sportliche Drei-Brücken-Runde und schnell was einkaufen, bevor ich zurück bin und dann die Terrasse komplett von den Fliesen befreit wurde und im Bad die Wand aufgeschnitten und Rohrarbeiten gemacht wurden. Was für ein Lärm den ganzen Vormittag über. Dehn- und Stretchübungen zum Aufwärmen hatte ich wie üblich vorher zuhause im Baumhaus auf der nun leeren Terrasse erledigt. Für Atemübungen und Meditation war heute keine Zeit, hatte eh viel zu viel im Kopf. Insgesamt hatte ich auch so einiges an Rennereien, Geräume und Geputze im Baumhaus zu erledigen. An Fotos gibt’s ein paar mehr von den Harz blutenden Wildkirschen und dem „Chicken of the Woods“ Pilz von neulich.
