A mild morning with a chance of light rain. Once again, no long morning walk, just a brisk “Three Bridges” walk followed by a show that I’d already helped set up yesterday at the venue near my place. The weather forecasters predicted rain right around the time I had to head to work, so I left my bike at home. Of course, I’d already done my warm-up stretches on the terrace of the treehouse beforehand. No time for breathing exercises and meditation on the banks of the Spree, I didn’t want to get caught in the first rain. In any case, this unusual, hedgehog-spiky sweet chestnut tree is bearing plenty of fruit right now.

Ein milder Morgen mit Aussicht auf leichten Regen. Auch wieder kein langer Morningwalk, nur ein sportlicher Drei-Brücken-Walk mit anschließender Show, die ich gestern schon mit aufgebaut hatte in der Venue bei mir in der Nähe. Die Wetterfrösche haben den Regen genau zu der Zeit angesagt, zu der ich zum Job muss, also hab ich das Fahrrad stehen lassen. Dehn- und Stretchübungen zum Aufwärmen hatte ich natürlich auch wieder vorher auf der Terrasse im Baumhaus erledigt. Keine Zeit für Atemübungen und Meditation am Ufer der Spree, um nicht in den ersten Regen zu laufen. Jedenfalls trägt diese außergewöhnliche igelstachelige Süßkastanie jetzt gerade ordentlich Früchte.
