A gray, slightly windy morning with occasional brief, light drizzle, but also quite mild at around 13 degrees. A bike ride to Plötzensee was actually the plan, but because of the drizzle fizzle, I changed my plans on the spot and took the slightly shorter route, which offered more shelter from the rain, to Jungfernheide, where I went for a relaxing morning walk. I did some breathing exercises and meditated on the island, watching the patterns created by the light rain on the lake’s surface. It was also a lovely change of pace for both my eyes and my mind. I’ve brought you a photo of the break in the tree from the broken off branch I reported about last Sunday, and a series of photos from the large forest high ropes course, where you not only experience climbing adventures but also a story with puzzles to solve in order to save the heart of the forest.

Ein grauer, leicht windiger Morgen mit hin und wieder kurzem, leichtem Nieselregen, aber auch recht mild bei um die 13 Grad. Die Radtour zum Plötzensee wäre eigentlich angesagt, aber aufgrund des Nieselfiesels habe ich mich spontan umgestellt und bin die etwas kürzere und eher vor Regen geschützte Strecke zur Jungfernheide gefahren und habe dort einen entspannten Morningwalk gemacht. Atemübungen und Meditation auf der Insel mit Blick auf die Frequenzmuster vom leichten Regen auf der Oberfläche des Sees. Auch eine sehr schöne Abwechslung für Augen und Gemüt. Mitgebracht habe ich euch noch die Abbruchstelle am Baum vom Ast, von dem ich letzten Sonntag berichtete, und heute mal eine Serie vom großen Waldhochseilgarten, in dem man nicht nur Kletterabenteuer erlebt, sondern auch eine Geschichte mit Rätseln, die es zu lösen gilt, um das Herz des Waldes zu retten.
