Friday ☀️ 8509

A slightly cool morning, just under 10 degrees for the first time, but still very bearable with no wind. Today’s routine included the Luiseninsel loop with interval walking through the palace gardens, breathing exercises by the water near the old alder tree, and meditation by the large swamp cypress. Right at the start, the Spree crossing with its feathery clouds provided my first photo opportunity, and today I couldn’t decide whether it looked better in landscape or portrait format, you decide for yourself. Aside from that, the beaver swam past below me and under the red bridge over the carp pond in the palace gardens, and the goblin commune in the hollow tree has a new roommate. Looks like a magician has moved in. Oh, and the “Ildefonso Group,” including its pedestal, has now been fully restored, and as soon as the barriers are removed from the other sculptures, it’ll be time to scan them all again, fresh as a Gaussian splat.

Ein leicht kühler Morgen zum ersten Mal knapp unter 10 Grad, aber ohne Wind noch sehr erträglich. Die Luiseninselrunde im Intervall-Walking durch den Schlossgarten mit Atemübungen am Wasser bei der alten Erle und Meditation in der großen Sumpfzypresse waren heute dran. Wieder gleich zu Anfang bot sich mir die Spreekreuzung mit fedrigen Wolken das erste Motiv und ich konnte mich heute nicht einigen, ob das nun im landscape oder portrait format besser aussieht, entscheidet einfach selber. Abgesehen davon ist der Biber unter mir und der rote Brücke über dem Karpfenteich im Schlossgarten durchgeschwommen und die Kobold WG im hohlen Baum hat einen neuen Mitbewohner. Sieht aus, als wäre ein Magier eingezogen. Ach ja, die „Ildefonso - Gruppe“ samt Postament ist mittlerweile auch fertig restauriert und sobald die Absperrungen von den anderen Skulpturen entfernt werden, wird’s Zeit, alle nochmal so frisch gemacht als Gaussian Splat zu scannen.
