A crisp Tuesday morning for a lovely, leisurely interval-walking route across several bridges, past a motley collection of boats and magnificent reflections of the cogeneration plant. Breathing and meditating on the wooden deck along the riverbank at the crossing across from my starting point, where a single, interesting cloud greeted me today. Letting the reflected rays of sunlight dance gently on my eyelids. Breathe in… breathe out… clear my mind… repeat.

Ein frischer Dienstagmorgen für eine schöne, ausgedehnte Runde über einige Brücken im Intervall-Walking, vorbei an einem Sammelsurium an Booten und herrlichen Reflektionen des Heizkraftwerkes. Atmen und meditieren am Ufer auf der Holzterrasse an der Flusskreuzung gegenüber meines Startpunktes, an dem mich heute eine einzelne, interessante Wolke begrüsste. Die reflektierten Sonnenstrahlen mit ruhiger Frequenz auf den Augenlidern tanzen lassen. Einatmen … ausatmen … Kopf frei machen … wiederholen.
